Short version: this site runs Google Analytics and Google Ads, including retargeting (showing you our ads elsewhere after you’ve visited), plus Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form to keep spam out. All three can set cookies from Google — you’re shown a cookie banner on your first visit where you can accept, reject, or customize them. You can opt out of our ads at any time (see Your rights below). The only personal information we collect directly is what you type into the contact form; we use it to reply to you and track contacts in our CRM — Airtable, hosted in the US.
NH Launch LLC (“NH Launch,” “we”) is an Atlanta, Georgia-based consultancy focused on marketing, communications, and technology guidance. This notice covers nhlaunch.com: what the site collects when you visit, and what happens to anything you send us through the contact form. You can reach us about anything on this page at or (404) 445-8797.
Every outside tool the site relies on, what it sees, and when it runs:
| Tool | What it sees | Cookies? | When it runs | Policy |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Pages viewed, where you came from, rough location, device, and browser | Yes | Only if you accept analytics cookies | Link |
| Google Ads | Which ads led to a visit, a message, or a call; builds retargeting lists | Yes | Only if you accept advertising cookies | Link |
| Google reCAPTCHA | A bot-risk score when the contact form is used | Yes | Always, on the contact form | Link |
| CookieYes | The cookie choice you make in the banner | One, to remember your choice | Always | Link |
| Google Fonts | A standard request for the site’s font files | No | Always | Link |
| Netlify | Hosts the site and stores contact form submissions | No | Always | Link |
| Resend | Delivers your contact form message to our inbox | No | When you send a message | Link |
| Airtable | Our CRM, where we keep track of people we’re in touch with | No | After we’re in touch | Link |
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics tells us which pages people visit, how they found the site, and rough details like country, device type, and browser. We use it to see what’s useful and what isn’t. It doesn’t receive anything you type into the contact form.
If you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads helps us see which of our ads are working, and lets us show our ads to people who’ve visited nhlaunch.com before, elsewhere online (sometimes called retargeting or remarketing).
When someone who came from one of our ads sends a message through the contact form, Google Ads is told that a message was sent. It never receives your name, email, phone number, or anything you wrote. If you call us after tapping the call button in one of our ads, Google may share basic details about the call — such as the caller’s area code, when the call happened, and how long it lasted — so we can see which ads lead to calls.
Google may also use what it collects for its own purposes, as described in its Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out of our ads at any time — see Your rights below.
The contact page runs Google reCAPTCHA (v3), which quietly looks at how a visitor interacts with the page to tell people apart from bots, and gives us a risk score when the form is sent. It runs regardless of your cookie choices, because the form can’t work securely without it. Its use is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
On your first visit you’ll see a cookie banner, powered by CookieYes, where you can Accept All, Reject All, or choose which categories to allow. CookieYes saves one cookie with your choice, so the banner remembers it and we can show that consent was given. Beyond that and the Google cookies described above, this site sets no cookies of its own.
When you send a message, we collect your name, organization, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, the service you’re interested in, and your message. The form also carries one hidden field that’s only there to catch spam bots — real visitors never see it.
Your message is stored by Netlify, delivered to our inbox by Resend, and — once we’re in touch — tracked in Airtable, the CRM we use for clients and prospects. We use it to reply to you, to talk about working together, and to manage that relationship. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in running our own business. Nobody outside NH Launch and these providers has access, and the providers only process it to run their services for us.
We keep contact and message details for as long as the relationship is active or reasonably useful to us, and we delete them whenever you ask. Google Analytics and Google Ads keep site-visit data according to their own retention settings and policies.
We’re based in the US, and so are the providers listed above. If you’re visiting from outside the US, your information will be sent to and processed in the United States.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete, or object to our use of the personal information we hold about you, and to complain to your local data protection authority — though we’d rather you told us first so we can put it right. Here’s how to take control:
If we change how the site handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
